Adv. Rahul Kumar is the Founder of High Law Group, a pan-India legal initiative focused on professional legal services, legal education, research, public legal awareness, and technology-driven legal support.

A B.A. LL.B. graduate Rahul began his legal journey with practical exposure at the Civil Court in Gaya and currently practices at the Patna High Court. During his legal education, he gained valuable practical experience through internships and professional exposure with prominent institutions, including the Supreme Court of India, Patna High Court, NALSA, DALSA, NITI Aayog, and reputed law firms and legal organisations.

These experiences helped him develop a practical understanding of litigation, legal research, legal aid, policy, access to justice, and the functioning of India’s legal system.

Rahul founded High Law Group with a vision to bridge the gap between the law and the people by making legal knowledge and professional assistance more accessible, understandable, and technology-enabled.

Rahul strongly believes that justice must be understood, accessible, affordable, and reachable. His vision is to empower citizens with legal knowledge while creating opportunities for students and young legal professionals to develop practical skills and build successful careers in law.

Under his leadership, High Law Group is being developed not merely as a legal services platform, but as a growing legal ecosystem connecting practice, education, research, technology, and public awareness.
